The sky is falling!

Well, it's been a while since I've been to the movies. The cost of popcorn is totally prohibitive these days (must be all the crude oil they pass off as butter sending the price through the roof) so I've been staying home. But I did venture out to see a movie this week.

Chickenhawk Little is a parable of our times. As the movie opens, Chickenhawk causes widespread panic and World War III (cool 3-d rendering of a mushroom cloud in there, btw) by claiming weapons of mass destruction have fallen on his head. Everyone turns on him, however, when they find out it was all a big "unfortunate misunderstanding." Just as things start going his way again, however, rumors of indictments start falling. Can Chickenhawk Little protect his agenda from the evil Fitzy Litzy and save the world without letting the rats know his ship is sinking? Well, I don't want to spoil the end of the movie for you.
