Why Am I Doing This?

Ok, so sue me, I have one of those life things. A friend (you know who you are-- are you actually reading this??) wanted me to muse more about my reading addiction. Sorry, I'm too busy reading to do it. But I do have a new internet addiction (well, it's a month or two old by now), which is helping people find out what book those half forgotten memories were really from over on Booksleuth and Loganberry (Hey, Loganberry lady, if you are reading this (yeah, right!) I still think E44 is "The Little Igloo")

Wanted to go see "The Fashion of Cries", a movie about how Armani and Diore were whipping the tears out of people, but the controversy over whether or not it was offensive to wardrobes turned me off.

On TV this week:
FIX Network premiered its latest reality show, Real Realty, a reality show where people present reality show concepts. Each week, the worst idea gets voted off the island. The idea left at the end of the show has a shot at actually being produced. Voted off this week: "Get a bunch of people into the bathroom, and have them play musical chairs. The one who "gains the throne" gets immunity. The others have to scrub the "throne", and then vote one member of the team out of the bathroom." Said Real Realty host Goof Dweeb, "That's just too entertaining for reality tv. Besides, unless the contestants were in the plumber's union, we'd get in trouble."
